Worship is the heartbeat of our church and as such, in every aspect of our worship, we do our best to live fully into our calling that, "no matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here."
Services are held at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday at 500 Don Anna Drive, Lexington, Kentucky. Don Anna is located off Georgetown Road and Lima Drive (inside New Circle Road).
As is not uncommon in many UCC congregations, our worship is a blend of liturgical, traditional and contemporary. We make efforts to include a variety of worship themes, musical styles, and liturgy. We believe that in order to be an authentically inclusive and welcoming church, we must be wiling to respect our differences in worship style and tastes. We believe that a loving church family lives out mutual covenants best when it is understood that "it does not get to be anyone’s turn all the time but it gets to be everyone’s turn sometimes."
We share communion every week and practice an open table, believing that just as Jesus did not issue any rules to those gathered at the last supper, neither should we issue any rules to those who gather each Sunday.
Our dress code is a varied as our members with some folks most comfortable in ‘Sunday best’ and others most comfortable in more casual attire.
