Help us provide food for schoolchildren in Fayette County

Too many schoolchildren in Fayette County go home to bare refrigerators and empty cabinets. Some won't eat a meal until they get back to school, whether it's the next day or even the following week. Since shortly after our beginning, BUCC has been providing food for those children to take home from school. Many students have come to rely on it. Even though our volunteers pick up the food, pack the bags, and deliver them to the schools, there's a cost to purchase the food and supplies. So we're asking for your help. A dollar a week will allow us to provide a backpack full of food to one student for an entire school year.
